Poll Watchers

Each party, political committee and candidate is eligible to designate poll watchers to observe procedures in early voting sites and polling places.

Poll watchers’ names must be submitted to the Supervisor of Elections for approval on the form

DS-DE 125 Designation of Poll Watchers . For early voting sites, the deadline to submit the form is before noon at least 14 days before early voting begins. For Election Day polling places, the deadline is before noon of the second Tuesday preceding the election.
