Qualifying Information




As of January 1, 2006 all Multi-County Candidates, Committees of Continuous Existence (CCE's) and Political Committees (PC's) whose scope of activity include multiple counties are required to file electronically with the Florida Division of Elections.  Please follow this link if you do not see the filing information for a Multi-County Candidate, CCE or PC.   http://election.dos.state.fl.us/candidate/index.asp

Candidates who complete the qualifying process by noon of the 67th day prior to the Primary Election are entitled to have their name printed on the ballot, if the candidate is opposed.  Candidates qualifying with No Party Affiliation are entitled to have their name placed on the General Election ballot (FS 99.061, 99.0955).
